We found a “new” gin… well, new to us! Epitaph Gin by Troubled Monk.
It has butterfly pea flower in it, which makes it blue…
But add tonic to it, and ….
We were told when we bought it but, I can’t remember why it changes color, some chemical reaction I suppose. Guess I’d better look into it! 😄
This is a winner for us! It’s a really nice gin, perhaps a bit sweeter than other gins. It made wonderful G&T’s!
